Complaints procedure

At www.primehoesjes.nl we do our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases and our service. However, it can always happen that something does not go as planned. If you have a complaint, please follow the procedure below for a quick and efficient resolution.

Step 1: Contact us

We encourage you to first make your complaint known to us. Send an email to info@primehoesjes.nl and describe the nature of your complaint. We will do our best to respond to your message as soon as possible and find an appropriate solution.

Step 2: Mediation by the WebwinkelKeur Foundation

If your complaint does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. WebwinkelKeur is an independent organization that can help find a solution to your complaint.

Step 3: European Commission ODR platform (for EU consumers)

For consumers within the European Union, it is also possible to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform offers an online dispute resolution system that can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
