What do you mean by refurbished phones?

All devices are refurbished, not brand new. This means they’ve been previously owned but restored by certified technicians to ensure full functionality. They undergo thorough hardware and software diagnostics, cleaning, and a multi-point inspection before being listed for sale.

How do you rate phone conditions?

We use a grading system — Excellent, Good, or Fair — based solely on cosmetic condition. All phones are 100% functional regardless of appearance. Detailed grading descriptions are listed on each product page so you know exactly what to expect.

Are batteries replaced?

If a device doesn’t meet our minimum battery performance standard (typically 80% or higher capacity), the battery is replaced before it’s shipped out. This ensures reliable performance throughout your day.

Are your phones unlocked?

Yes, all phones are fully unlocked and can be used with any major carrier that supports the model.

Do your phones include accessories?

Each device comes with a compatible charging cable and adapter. Original accessories like headphones or packaging are not included unless specifically stated.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my phone ship?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you order before 1 PM EST, it usually ships the same day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the device for any reason. It must be in the same condition it was received, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label upon request.

Can I exchange my phone instead of returning it?

Yes. If you'd prefer a different model or condition, we’re happy to help you with an exchange within the return window, depending on inventory availability.

Is there a warranty included?

Every phone comes with a 90-day warranty covering technical or hardware-related issues. This includes battery failure, touchscreen problems, and other internal defects — accidental damage and water damage are not covered.

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes. Extended warranty options are available at checkout for up to 12 months of additional coverage.

Device Setup & Compatibility

Can I use my existing SIM card?

Yes. Just insert your active SIM card and follow the setup instructions on the phone.

Will the phone work with my current carrier?

Yes. All phones are unlocked and compatible with major U.S. networks such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and others. Check the model’s band compatibility if you're using a regional carrier.

Are the phones reset and ready to go?

Absolutely. Each device is factory reset, removed from any previous accounts (like iCloud or Google), and ready for immediate setup upon delivery.

What software version do the phones come with?

Phones ship with the most recent OS version compatible with the device model. You’ll be prompted to install any further updates during setup.
