Right of withdrawal and returns

At www.primehoesjes.nl we have a return policy that ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.

Refund

When you use your right of withdrawal, the full order amount including shipping costs will be credited. Please note that the costs for the return shipment from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

Returns Policy

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, together with all supplied accessories. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, a reduction in the value of the product may be charged. Treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

How do you return a product?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@primehoesjes.nl . We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
